We now offer an internet café at our location, this way customers can come and enjoy a coffee or lunch while waiting for their computer to be repaired.
We offer laptops for our customers to use if they do not have one as well.
When we are discussing a sale with a customer we find out exactly what the customer is going to use the product for, we do not want to sell something to the customer that is not needed. Why make the customer spend more than they have too.
If a customer is older and is unable to come to the store with their machine, we will go and pick up the machine, fix it then drop it back off after, no cost to the customer for pick up and delivery.
We at Priority Computers feel the customer is the most important person and we do our best to make sure the customers feels special, AND listened too. We do not rush our time with the customer, we make sure they have no questions when they leave. Everything is explained to them.
